(VOVworld) – The Prime Minister has issued a decree on fisheries development. The government will devise more policies to support fishermen in terms of credit, insurance, and taxation. Fishermen who want to build iron-clad ships for offshore fishing will enjoy preferential credit policies. Owners of iron-clad ships of more than 400 horse power will receive financial support for designing, technical training, and maintenance.
