Spring Newspaper Festival 2016 opens in HCMC
(VOVworld) – The 2016 Spring Newspaper Festival has opened on Nguyen Van Binh street in Ho Chi Minh City’s district 1. Around 150 press publications and magazines from Ho Chi Minh City and the Central press agencies are on display at the event. Nguyen Thanh Tam of district 12 said: "I never miss any Spring Newspaper Festival as I’m very interested in writers’ reflections about Tet. I found this year’s spring newspapers and magazines to be very interesting and beautifully printed."
Phan Ngoc Hung is a student of International University: "This year’s festival was organized earlier than last year’s and separated from the city’s flower festival. This has made it much easier for newspaper lovers to come and enjoy their favorite publications which are rich with information and knowledge." The event runs until Sunday.
