He wrote: “I want the Vietnamese business community to continue to promote corporate culture and raise social responsibility, share with the community, protect the environment, abide by law, say no to corruption and negatives, and accompany the nation toward sustainable development. Becoming rich legally is a representation for patriotism and social responsibility. Once we have strong businesses, we will have more conditions to fulfill our goals of building a self-reliant economy, a strong, prosperous country, and wealthy and happy people.”
Phuc continues: “The Party and State will strengthen institutional reform to create a strong platform for development. Placing the people and businesses at the center of the development, the government will create the best conditions for business activities to realize people’s aspiration to become rich. I believe that the Vietnamese business community will grow strongly and play a vanguard role in the national economic growth thus contributing to make Vietnam a strong, prosperous country by 2045.”
