Speaking at the launch of the program "Greening Truong Sa” this week, Rear Admiral Ngo Van Thuan, Political Commissar of the Command of the Navy Region 4 called on localities, businesses, organizations and individuals, nationwide and overseas Vietnamese to join effort to build a green, clean, beautiful Truong Sa island district.

During his visit to the Navy Region 4, Secretary of the Khanh Hoa provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hai Ninh praised the Navy region 4 for the outcomes of the program on greening Truong Sa. He said the program is part of the effort to develop Truong Sa island district into an economic, cultural, and social hub at sea, and solidifythe safeguarding of national sovereignty over the sea and islands.
