The event is jointly organized by the Vietnam Association for Business Culture Development and Petrovietnam. At a press briefing on Thursday, organizers said the forum is expected to attract 700 to 800 participants, including executives from major economic groups, representatives of the business community and policy experts.
This year’s forum will feature two main sessions. The first, “A Facilitating Government – Completing Institutions for New Business Standards,” will focus on improving the policy framework for modern business practices. The second, “Businesses in Action – Spreading Values and Elevating Vietnamese Enterprises,” will highlight the role of companies in promoting ethical standards and strengthening the global reputation of Vietnamese firms.
During the forum, organizers will also unveil a new set of Vietnamese business culture values for the modern era. According to Hồ Anh Tuấn, head of the organizing committee for the campaign “Building Vietnamese Business Culture,” the forum carries a clear message.
“The message of this year’s forum is simple: a facilitating government, proactive businesses, and culture as the guiding force. When culture becomes the foundation of business, trust is strengthened, reputation grows and the strength of Vietnamese enterprises will be increasingly recognized in the global economy,” he said.
He added that the forum is not merely a policy dialogue or academic discussion, but a call for Vietnamese businesses to work together to build, practice and promote a shared system of business cultural values in a new era of national development.
The event comes as Vietnam enters a new stage of development following the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. In this context, culture is increasingly viewed as a key internal resource for growth and a central pillar ensuring the country’s rapid and sustainable development.
