A: Thank you, Mr. Cornachioni, for tuning in to our broadcast. We will send you our program schedule and frequency list to make it easier for you to follow VOV’s programs which are also available on our website at vovworld.vn and on the VOV Media App.

B: In the past few days, we have received several messages from Bidhan Chandra Sanyal of India. Commenting on our story about Khanh Hoa’s tourism activities this year, he said he wants to know more about Nha Trang city.

A: Nha Trang is the political, economic, cultural, and tourism centre of Khanh Hoa province. Because of its long, white sand beaches, Nha Trang has been deemed one of the most beautiful bays in the world. The city, called by some the "Pearl of the Far East", has become a popular tourist destination for both domestic and foreign tourists. Nha Trang Bay was named by Travel and Leisure as one of the 29 most beautiful bays in the world.

B: Nha Trang beach was voted one of the world’s 99 most beautiful beaches by National Geographic. The world's largest travel website TripAdvisor voted Nha Trang among the 10 most attractive destinations in Asia in 2016.

A: In recent years, the city has welcomed many five-star ocean cruises. In addition to sail boat racing, Nha Trang provides a rich variety of aquatic activities for visitors including island hopping, scuba diving, and water sports.

B:  Scuba diving is popular in Nha Trang. If you prefer staying above the surface, you could go kite boarding.

A: If you like exploring nature, take a sight-seeing tour. There are a lot of beautiful sea sights here, particularly Tam Islet, Mun Islet, Con Se Tre Islet, Ong Islet, Monkey Island, and Swallow Island. There are islands scattered all around the bay, 100% pristine and beautiful. On Monkey island, there are hundreds of monkeys. Swallow island has a number of salangane species, the source of edible salangane’s nest.

B: If your interest is history, you must visit Po Nagar Towers (a Champa Tower), the Palace of King Bao Dai, Long Son pagoda and the National Oceanographic Museum of Vietnam, the largest of its kind in Indochina where thousands of oceanic specimens are on display.

A: Nha Trang also has the largest oceanic library in Vietnam, Chánh Tọa Church (Mountain Church), the Nha Trang Pasteur Institute, and the Trí Nguyên Aquarium where you will find hundreds of rare oceanic species.

A: That’s a short introduction to Nha Trang, one of Vietnam’s most famous tourism sites. With pandemic restrictions relaxed, Vietnam will welcome back foreign tourists beginning March 15. We really hope to see you soon in Vietnam.
