11 countries agree on revised Trans-Pacific trade pact
(VOVWORLD) - Canada and partners, including Vietnam, on Tuesday agreed to a revised Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).

The agreement is scheduled to be signed at the next negotiation round in Chile in March.
Francois-Philippe Champagne, Canadian International Trade Minister, said countries have reached breakthroughs on provisions dealing with culture and automobile production, and suspension of intellectual property provisions.
