In the morning, deputies vote to approve major laws, including the amended Bankruptcy Law; the amended Investment Law; the amended National Reserve Law; the Digital Transformation Law; the Law on Specialized Courts in International Financial Centers, as well as policies on investment in key national projects.

The session has accomplished a massive amount of legislative work, resolved institutional bottlenecks and laid a legal foundation for national development in the 2025-2030 period. 

“The National Assembly has worked alongside the Government to remove bottlenecks in infrastructure, land-related issues, and key localities. As a result, the National Assembly has passed resolutions and customized policy mechanisms for Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hai Phong, and other growth poles of the country. I believe this session will leave good impressions,” said Deputy Tran Hoang Ngan from Ho Chi Minh City.
