The official song of the 2023 Women's World Cup resounds on the largest stadium in New Zealand with 50,000 seats, embracing the FIFA message: Let's continue to act together for equal rights for women.
Through the duet of Australian musician Mallrat and New Zealand artist Benee with the song "Do It Again", FIFA calls on the international community to participate in its campaigns to promote gender equality and women's rights globally.
The opening ceremony also featured the Haka dance of the Maori and the Sydney Symphony Orchestra’s performances of classics and a show of solidarity with dancers in costumes inspired by the team's jerseys for the 2023 World Cup. Meanwhile, the screen of Eden Park stadium introduces images of 32 participating teams.
The 2023 Women's World Cup is held from July 20 to August 20 in 5 Australian cities and 4 New Zealand cities. With the participation of 32 teams, including the Vietnamese women's team, this is the biggest World Cup.
