(VOVWORLD) - Twenty-eight enterprises will be honored in the 2025 Outstanding Enterprises for Workers Awards, selected from hundreds of applicants for their exceptional commitment to employee welfare and progressive labor relations.

The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, in coordination with the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), announced the award ceremony at a press briefing in Hanoi on Monday.
The award program recognizes companies that excel in caring for workers and fostering harmonious, stable, and forward-looking workplace environments. The honorees were chosen through a rigorous evaluation process covering corporate responsibility toward employees, the State, and society. For employees, this includes compliance with labor laws, safe and clean working conditions, and good welfare benefits.
Thai Thu Xuong, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, said the award is a recognition for businesses that place people at the center, fulfill their obligations to the State, and uphold social responsibility. It also serves as a driving force to spread positive values within the Vietnamese business community. Since 2014, the program has honored 578 businesses.
