Addressing the meeting on Saturday in Hanoi, Mr. Hue said the farms are part of State-owned enterprises, which are restructured for economic restructuring. He said the reform concerns livelihoods of millions of people and affects social security and safety. The Deputy Prime Minister called on ministries, sectors, and localities to make greater efforts to complete the equitization of agriculture and forestry farms.
