Cena said Hanoi, which has preserved French-styled buildings, is a dynamic, safe, and orderly city. He noted foreign tourists should not miss cruise ships on Ha Long Bay to contemplate sunrise from the deep blue sea and islets of various sizes, or a trip to Sa Pa township to learn about the life of ethnic minority groups and their terraced rice fields. There are many luxury resorts at reasonable prices. All these things have made Vietnam a place worth seeing in Southeast Asia, Cena wrote.
