This new center will be an advanced research hub for cooperation between the two countries in strategic technology and cybersecurity fields, including emerging 5G and 6G technologies.

Nokia, a pioneer in B2B technology innovation, is the founding technology partner. Nokia’s Digital Automation Cloud will connect the new center, which will be located at the Post and Telecommunications Institute of Technology in Hanoi.

Australia's Ambassador for Cyber Affairs and Critical Technology at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Brendan Dowling, said this initiative will position both countries at the forefront of global connectivity and promote economic growth, security, and digital inclusion.
