Border clashes between India and Pakistan

(VOVworld)- India and Pakistan border guards exchanged fire over the weekend in Kashmir. The ceasefire violation took place Sunday night at the Budhwar and Kot Kubba posts in the Arnia sector of R S Pora, about 45 km southwest of Jammu, the capital of Indian-controlled Kashmir. According to Indian officials, Pakistani Rangers without any provocation directed small arms fire at 2 Indian forward posts guarded by India's Border Security Force (BSF). No loss of life or damage to property was reported in the exchange.
