China rolls back, suspends control measures against 31 US entities

(VOVWORLD) -China will remove its export control measures against 15 US entities and continue to pause similar measures for another 16 entities for one year, effective November 10, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce said Wednesday. This follows an agreement reached during US-China trade talks in Malaysia.
The ministry added 31 US entities to China's export control list in separate announcements on March 4 and April 4, thereby prohibiting the export of dual-use items to these entities.
Exporters that wish to ship dual-use items to these entities must submit an application to the Ministry in accordance with export control regulations on dual-use items, and the Ministry will review applications in line with laws and regulations, and grant permits to those that meet requirements.
