Chinese President Xi Jinping reelected for second term
(VOVWORLD) - Chinese President Xi Jinping was reelected for a second five-year tenure on Saturday by China's National People's Congress.

Mr. Xi’s second term will run until 2023. Mr. Li Zhan Shu was elected chairman of the National People’s Congress.
The same day, Chinese law makers approved a major cabinet reshuffling plan as part of an effort to improve the government’s apparatus.
