Citizen reception and complaints resolution - criteria in public servant performance grading
(VOVworld) - The government has held an online conference to review the Politburo resolution on the settlement of complaints and denunciations. Speaking at the event on Friday, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc asked ministries to improve the reception of citizens coming to file complaints as a criterion to measure staff competency.
He asked ministries and provinces to ensure sequence of complaints settlement and prevent provocation for social unrest in the excuse of denunciation while assuring accurate communications exchange about pending cases.
