Dang Dinh Duc, Vice Chairman of the IFC’s executive body, said the Center is coordinating with ministries and agencies to establish specialized trading platforms. These include a digital asset exchange and an asset tokenization platform under a regulatory sandbox framework, aimed at creating capital mobilization channels for major infrastructure projects.

“Da Nang is focusing on developing modern IT infrastructure and promoting large-scale investment projects in artificial intelligence, data centers, and high-performance computing,” said Duc. “At the same time, it is advancing the development of concentrated IT parks and investing in new undersea fiber-optic cable landing stations to attract strategic investors.”

The city is also accelerating the development of urban infrastructure and international transport connectivity, according to Duc.
