Defense Minister visits Vietnamese Embassy in Russia

(VOVWORLD) - Defense cooperation between Vietnam and Russia, which is built on their strong traditional friendship and comprehensive strategic partnership, has been effective, Vietnamese Minister of National Defense said during a visit to the Vietnamese Embassy in Russia on Sunday.

. General Phan Van Giang asked for support and assistance from the Embassy in consolidating defense cooperation between the two countries. The same day, General Giang and his delegation offered flowers at the Monument dedicated to President Ho Chi Minh in Moscow. He also visited the building where President Ho worked in Moscow from 1923 to 1924.
