(VOVworld) – Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Politburo member and Deputy Prime Minister, on Sunday inspected the amnesty work in Ninh Khanh prison, Ninh Binh province. Phuc, who is also Chairman of the Amnesty Advisory Council, said that publicity and transparency are needed  to ensure fairness and democracy in granting amnesty. Ninh Khanh prison camp has publicized and post up the President ‘s decision on amnesty for 2013. 383 prisoners are qualified to be pardoned. The prison has prepared necessary conditions such as transport fares and clothing for the pardoned prisoners to return to their community.
