(VOVworld) - Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan on Saturday worked with Ha Nam province on building new rural areas and application of technological advances in production to improve income for farmers. At a working session with key leaders of Ha Nam, Nhan urged the province to provide local people with loans from the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development to expand their animal husbandry. He called for efforts to help buy farmers' products and protect the environment. The Deputy Prime Minister asked Ha Nam to seek trade cooperation with Hanoi city, export agriculture produce, attract foreign investment and provide high-quality workforce for investors.
