Speaking at a meeting to review administrative reform in Hanoi on Thursday, Phuc asked ministries and provinces to plan their review and monitoring of administrative reform and the implementation of one stop shop model. Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment has unified land use right certificate while the Ministry of Planning and Investment has fine-tuned procedures for investment license granting.
