(VOVWORLD) -The Culture, Sports, Tourism and Cuisine Week of Ninh Thuan province will take place from April 30 to May 4 with exciting, novel and large-scale activities, local authorities said at a press conference on Thursday.

There will be hot air balloon festival, drone light performance, fireworks display, culinary festival, introduction and sale of tourism packages, OCOP and typical products of the province.
Nguyen Van Hoa, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ninh Thuan province, predicted that there will be about 200,000 arrivals in the province during the five-day holiday and the revenue will be about 8.6 million USD. 15 balloons will be flying at a maximum height of 50 meters.
"Visitors are invited to experience it for free. Especially, a carnival will feature models entertaining guests," he said.
Other activities to take place in districts and cities across Ninh Thuan are the Raglai Cultural Festival of Bac Ai district in mid-May, a dragon boat race, and Phan Rang-Thap Cham marathon.
