The event, which also brought together representatives of international organizations and NGOs, was jointly organized by the Hanoi Union of Friendship Organizations, the Department of Tourism, and authorities of Huong Son Commune.
Local authorities are preparing a dossier seeking UNESCO recognition of the Huong Son Special National Relic Site as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage site by 2030.
A highlight of the tour was a boat trip along the Yen Stream, offering views of majestic mountains before arriving at Thien Tru Pagoda, one of the most iconic structures within the Huong Son complex.

Palestinian Ambassador to Vietnam Saadi Salama expressed his impression of the site’s serene beauty and unique spiritual atmosphere. He said the “Friendship Spring Tour” helps international visitors gain deeper insights into Vietnam’s culture and people, while serving as a bridge to strengthen mutual understanding, solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and the international community.
The Huong Son complex is one of Vietnam’s most renowned spiritual tourism destinations, featuring a network of 20 pagodas, temples and caves. Among them, Huong Tich Cave is known as “the most beautiful cave in the southern sky.”
The site attracts millions of visitors and pilgrims each year, particularly during the festival season from the first to the third lunar month.
