US President Donald Trump on Thursday chaired a via videoconference of the G7, which includes Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, and Japan, to seek a way to end the current economic paralysis.
The leaders pledged to do everything necessary to ensure a strong, coordinated global response to this humanitarian and economic crisis and launch a strong, sustainable recovery, according to a White House statement.
The G7 also called for a “thorough review and reform” of the World Health Organization, after US President Donald Trump leveled a searing criticism of the UN agency.
