He reiterated Vietnam’s unwavering support for Cambodia’s vision for development in this new era and emphasized the importance of the deep bond between the two nations.

On this occasion, the General Secretary invited the King and Queen Mother of Cambodia to visit Vietnam at their convenience.

King Sihamoni, in turn, expressed his admiration for Vietnam’s achievements under the leadership of the Communist Party, headed by General Secretary To Lam. He extended heartfelt gratitude for Vietnam’s crucial support in Cambodia’s liberation from the genocidal regime and its ongoing assistance in national development. The King reaffirmed Cambodia’s commitment to preserving and strengthening the traditional friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
