Spokeswoman for the Greek government Olga Gerovassili said Greece submitted an emergency plan to the European Commission on Tuesday for sheltering 100,000 refugees, but that, it is just a temporary measure, said spokeswoman for Greece government. Greece cannot halt the flow of refugees coming into the country. This poses a massive threat if permanent solution is not found. Gerovassili said Greece will use "every diplomatic means available to find the best possible solution". The European Commission said Wednesday that it will propose a plan to increase humanitarian aid for Greece.
