(VOVworld) – Russia’s announcement of an 8-hour ceasefire in Aleppo is a positive step, but may not be long enough to deliver aid, EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini said on Monday, adding that it will take at least 12 hours to deliver aid to Aleppo.
