Both sides planned to draft a final deal to end years of conflict and suspicion, but disagreements remained over the scale of Iran’s uranium enrichment program and it is not likely that any agreement can be reached overnight. Iran and the P5+1 completed the third round of talks last June with positive results. Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said that the parties had unanimously agreed on 50-60 percent of the final agreement.
