Iran, Iraq, Syria pledge cooperation in the fight against IS
(VOVworld) - The foreign ministers of Iran, Syria and Iraq met in Tehran on Tuesday and pledged to work together to battle radical Sunni militants, Syrian and Iranian state media reported. Syrian state TV said that communication and coordination between the three countries will continue in fighting Da'esh, Nusra, and other terrorist organizations. Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif stressed that the Iranian people have always supported the Syrian and Iraqi people since the beginning of the fight against this threat and will continue to do so.

David Cameron said Tuesday that Britain and Turkey will share information on foreign fighters among the ranks of the Islamic State in Syria and Iraq to try to prevent them posing a threat when they return home. After meeting his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu in Ankara, Cameron said Britain and Turkey are fighting a "common enemy of extremist terrorism".
