An unnamed official in Harris's election campaign said she raised 9 million USD at a fundraising event at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco last Saturday.

At the event, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi delivered a speech calling on voters to support Vice President Harris in the upcoming election.

Harris then raised an additional 28 million USD at an event in downtown Los Angeles, which featured performances by singers Alanis Morissette, Halle Bailey, Demi Lovato, Jessica Alba, and Stevie Wonder.

Harris and the Democratic presidential campaign raised 361 million USD in August, giving her a clear cash advantage over Republican rival Donald Trump. That same month, Mr. Trump raised 130 million USD.

On Sunday, Donald Trump gave a campaign speech in Erie County, Pennsylvania, one of the important battleground states in the upcoming election. In his speech, Trump focused on the alleged crimes of illegal immigrants in the US. This is the fourth time Trump has campaigned in Pennsylvania in the past month.
