Last Thursday, online travel platform Booking.com announced the “10 friendliest destinations in the world” within the framework of the 13th Traveller Review Awards. Kien Giang is the only locality in Vietnam to appear on this list.

More than 1.71 million partners on Booking, spanning 212 countries and territories, have been honored this year for their friendly and hospitable services, marking a 16% increase compared to last year.

This year, over 13,000 establishments in Vietnam have been recognized for excellence in the service industry.
