Mechanisms to address problems arising from legal regulations discussed

(VOVWORLD) - National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man on Wednesday chaired a meeting of the National Assembly Standing Committee to give feedback on a draft resolution on a mechanism for addressing difficulties caused by legal regulations.

The resolution aims to improve institutions and legal frameworks, paving the way for development, unlocking resources, and encouraging all citizens and businesses to participate in socio-economic development, toward achieving the strategic goals set by the 13th Party National Congress.
Mr. Man underscored three key requirements of the resolution: clarifying scope and criteria and identifying obstacles that need to be addressed; enhancing transparency by consulting businesses, citizens, and associations; and ensuring that the resolution is aligned with the current legal system.
Chairman Man said the draft resolution also must not contravene any international treaties to which Vietnam is a signatory.
