NA Chairman Tran Thanh Man attends 30th anniversary of State Audit of Vietnam
(VOVWORLD) - National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man attended a ceremony on Thursday to mark the 30th anniversary of the State Audit of Vietnam, SAV, and handed over the First Class Labor Order to the SAV.

Mr. Man applauded the SAV’s efforts and contributions to national development over the last three decades and asked the sector to focus on key objectives of the SAV’s Development Strategy until 2030.
“The audit sector should always properly perform its functions, duties, and rights, abide by the laws, and effectively use and control its power assigned by the Party, State and people. It’s necessary to continue to fine-tune the legal framework to make the SAV’s operation increasingly effective and efficient, and review the State Audit Law and propose amendments and supplements to the National Assembly to ensure compliance with reality and the current legal system,” said Mr. Man.
Mr. Man asked the SAV to enhance the coordination with relevant NA agencies and continuously strengthen its position and reputation within the Vietnamese state apparatus and among international audit organizations.
