Speaking at a meeting in Hanoi on Thursday with Sommad Pholsena, Vice Chairman of the Lao National Assembly and Chairman of the Lao Peace and Solidarity Committee, Chairman Man highlighted the numerous high-level visits and exchanges between the two sides and their effective coordination in implementing signed agreements.

In addition to diplomatic activities, people-to-people exchanges have been promoted through the Fatherland Front and the Unions of Friendship Organizations, said Mr. Man.

Chairman Tran Thanh Man suggested that the two countries continue to enhance the exchange of high-level delegations across all levels and closely coordinate and support each other in multilateral mechanisms and people’s forums both regionally and globally.
