They agreed that the National Assembly’s overall targets set for 2013 had been achieved, reflecting the great efforts of the government and political system, business, and people. Delegates noted that Vietnam has seen positive changes in its socio-economic development during the first four months of this year in comparison with the same period last year, especially in the services and investment attraction. However, they asserted that there have not been any breakthrough changes in economic development with low capital absorbability and credit growth far below expectations.

The delegates will later comment on the government report on the supervision of law enforcement and policy implementation of poverty reduction in the period 2005-2012.
