NA Vice Chairman stresses protecting youths from addictive substances
(VOVWORLD) -Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man underlined the responsibility of the Assembly and its agencies in protecting young people and teenagers from addictive substances, towards better implementing community health care.

Mr. Man addressed a meeting in Hanoi on Saturday on clarifying State management responsibilities for preventing and combating the harmful effects of e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products.
He noted that the meeting is important in providing recommendations and solutions to realize prevention and control work against harmful effects of electronic and heated cigarettes.
The NA Vice Chairman underscored the need to properly identify e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products, evaluate the harmful effects of these types of cigarettes, send a specific message to the public, and outline views on the State responsibility for this issue.
