National Assembly debates Ho Chi Minh highway project, revised Customs Law - ảnh 1

(VOVworld)- National Assembly deputies on Monday discussed changes to the National Assembly’s resolutions on building the Ho Chi Minh highway stressing the need to adjust the project to match with the reality due to the difficulties of funding and land clearance. In regard the revised Law on Customs, the deputies said the law had strong influence on economic development, international integration and people’s lives. So in addition to modernizing customs activities, the deputies stressed the need to reform administrative procedures to increase international competitiveness. On the same day, the deputies heard the National Assembly Standing Committee’s report on revising the Law on Thrift Practice and Waste Prevention.
