(VOVworld) - National Assembly’s full time deputies commented on amendments to the Criminal Code on Tuesday. They focused on suggested crimes to be removed from capital punishment and the criminal obligations of legal entities. Most agreed on holding legal entities criminally responsible for wrongdoings as they are on the rise and administrative remedies are not enough for a deterrent.
