The hybrid conference aims to assess the implementation of resolutions of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat on science and technology development, thoroughly grasp and deliver the Politburo’s Resolution 57 dated December 22, 2024 to create a watershed change in awareness and implementation, contributing to developing Vietnam into a rich and powerful country in the new era of rise.
