(VOVworld)-The Nhan Co Alumina plant of the Dak Nong Aluminum Company marked its first tonne of hydrate at a ceremony a ceremony on Wednesday. The company is analyzing key elements of hydrate and will sell the product to the market if it meets all standards.

The price of hydrate is around 200 USD per tonne. The Nhan Co plant is expected to produce alumina by the end of this year.
Located in Dak R’lap district, the 500 million USD plant has a designed capacity of 650,000 tonnes per year and its main products are hydrate and alumina. Construction on the plant commenced in 2010.
