(VOVWORLD) - 87 craft villages and cooperatives from13 provinces and cities are taking part in the Ninh Binh Tourism and Culinary Festival 2025, showcasing culinary specialties from across Vietnam.

The festival, themed “Culinary Quintessence of the Ancient Capital Region”, opened Sunday evening in Ninh Binh province. Activities includes a northern traditional cake festival and a noodle and pho festival.
The Tourism and Culinary Festival, which aims to honor, preserve, and promote Ninh Binh’s distinctive cultural and culinary values, will conclude on Friday.
