Lithuania did not send a representative, as it is in the process of forming a new government.
Summit participants vowed to strengthen their defense capabilities and expand sanctions against Russia, and renewed their commitment to support Ukraine and its defense industry by allocating additional funds to send ammunition to Ukraine.
Aid to Ukraine from these countries has totalled approximately 25 billion USD, second to the US’s 87 billion USD.
