North Korea affirms its defensive nuclear state
North Korea has passed a law to consolidate its status as a defensive nuclear state. The law was adopted at a session of North Korea's Supreme People's Assembly which backed a space development law and established a national bureau for space exploration. At the session, former premier Pak Pong-ju was re-appointed to the post, replacing Choe Yong-rim.
