According to articles on Financial Times, Bloomberg and the New York Times, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang met with US President Donald Trump at the White House on Wednesday and agreed to give the federal government the cut from its revenues.
In July, Nvidia, the world’s leading semiconductor manufacturer, became the first company to reach a market cap of 4 trillion USD. However, the company has been deeply impacted by the US–China trade tensions. The US had previously restricted the sale of chips that NVIDIA exported to China for national security concerns while China remains a crucial market for major US tech companies.
