(VOVworld) – A seminar on measures to improve efficiency of youth cultural centers was held Wednesday in Hanoi. Youth cultural centers have played important role in building and organizing cultural, entertainment and sports activities for the teenagers and adults. Various measures to improve those centers were suggested at the event including one by Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, Director of Hanoi Youth Center: "It is necessary to set up groups of specialized, enthusiastic and young people, so that they can improve those centers’ activities to meet the demand in the new context".
