Mr. Lam expressed his sincere gratitude to Mr. Manh for his invaluable contributions to the Party and State over the past years.

Mr. Manh praised Vietnam’s recent achievements and said he is confident that under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the nation would enter a new era of development and obtain greater successes.

The same day, Party leader Lam paid his respects to late State President Tran Dai Quang. He expressed his profound appreciation for President Quang’s contributions to the revolutionary cause of the nation and well-being of the people.

He pledged to join hands with the entire Party, people, and army,   to continue building a stronger and more sustainable Vietnam.
