In that context, the campaign must become the “operating system” for three roles: “Fighting Army”, “Working Army”, “Production Labor Army”, the General Secretary said and requested the army to continue to prioritize quality, efficiency and depth of emulation.
Emulation must make people better, units stronger, work smoother, and military-civilian relations stronger. Unity is the source of strength, encourages young talent and embraces initiatives of soldiers, military women, and defense workers, according to the Party leader.
