(VOVworld) – Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong received on Wednesday outgoing Chinese ambassador Kong Xuanyou who has completed his mission in Vietnam.


Party leader Trong praised the ambassador’s contributions to the developing friendship and cooperation between the two countries. The Chinese ambassador thanked the Vietnamese party, state and relevant agencies for making his mission a success. He also expressed pleasure at the positive development in bilateral relations in recent years and pledged his utmost to further the traditional friendship and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries in the future.
