(VOVWORLD) -The first congress of the Party Organization of Central Party Agencies for the 2025-2030 term opened in Hanoi on Wednesday with the participation of 293 official delegates representing more than 8,700 Party members from 14 subordinate Party organizations.

General Secretary To Lam attended and delivered speech at the Congress. According to the political report presented at the congress, since the fourth quarter of 2024, the Party Politburo, the Party Secretariat, headed by General Secretary To Lam, has in a very short time, advised and coordinated the implementation of many strategic, groundbreaking, and historically significant tasks. Among these, the reorganization of the political system’s apparatus stands out as a sound and well-founded policy, backed by scientific, political, legal, and practical bases, reflecting a high level of political resolve.
The political system has completed these tasks ahead of schedule and beyond targets, earning broad support from officials, Party members, and the public, as well as international praise.
